By accessing or booking through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any registration or payment.

1. About The EveryWhrBoy

TheEveryWhrBoy.com organizes curated motorcycle rides, adventure tours, and travel experiences across India. Our goal is to ensure safe, memorable, and responsible travel experiences for all participants.

2. Eligibility

  • Riders must be at least 18 years of age with a valid motorcycle driving license.

  • Each participant must be physically and mentally fit to participate in long-distance rides.

  • Participants under 18 are allowed only as pillion riders with written consent from a guardian.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment or an advance deposit as specified for the event.

  • All payments must be made through official methods mentioned on the website.

  • Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may change depending on accommodation, fuel rates, or itinerary updates.

  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Participant:

  • 5 days before departure → 75% refund

  • 3 days before departure → 50% refund

  • Less than 1 day before departure → No refund

Cancellation by Organizer:

  • If a ride is cancelled due to unforeseen weather, safety issues, or low participation, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

  • The organizer will not be liable for indirect costs like personal travel, fuel, or equipment purchases.

5. Rider & Bike Requirements

  • Riders must use their own, well-maintained bikes unless otherwise stated.

  • The bike must be in excellent condition — functional lights, brakes, clutch, and tyres with good tread.

  • Riders must carry original documents: RC, insurance, PUC, and driving license.

  • Riding without proper gear is strictly prohibited — full-face helmet, jacket, gloves, riding pants/knee guards, and ankle-covering shoes are mandatory.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Safety is the top priority. All riders must follow convoy rules, speed limits, and instructions from the ride leader.

  • Consumption of alcohol or intoxicants during the ride or the night before a ride is strictly prohibited.

  • Riders are expected to respect local communities, nature, and other participants.

  • Any form of misconduct or violation of safety protocols may result in removal from the group without refund.

7. Risk & Liability

By joining a ride or event organized by The EveryWhrBoy:

  • You acknowledge that motorcycle touring involves inherent risks including accidents, injury, or mechanical failure.

  • You agree that The EveryWhrBoy and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  • Each participant is responsible for their own safety, medical fitness, and motorcycle condition.

  • In case of breakdown or accident, the backup team will provide assistance, but major repairs or towing costs are the rider’s responsibility.

8. Accommodation & Meals

  • All accommodations are provided on a shared or dormitory basis, unless private rooms are booked separately.

  • Meals and inclusions are as per the itinerary listed for each event.

  • Any personal expenses, snacks, or additional activities are not included unless mentioned.

9. Itinerary & Event Changes

  • The itinerary may be modified due to weather, safety, or local regulations at the discretion of the organizer.

  • In case of unavoidable route changes, equivalent experiences will be arranged.

  • Refunds are not applicable for itinerary adjustments made for safety or operational reasons.

10. Insurance & Health

  • Participants are encouraged to have personal travel or accident insurance covering medical emergencies.

  • Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the ride.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, media content, and ride documentation under “The EveryWhrBoy” are protected by copyright.
Reproduction or commercial use of any material without written consent is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of participation or bookings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

  • The EveryWhrBoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel events at its discretion.
